This tutor pack is a resource for those delivering training for the RSPH Level 1 Award in Food Hygiene Awareness. This qualification is appropriate for those carrying out “low risk” tasks in food and catering businesses.

The tutor pack contains

• Tutor notes, with a lesson plan divided into five delivery modules (Introduction, Bacteria, Avoiding contamination, Personal and General Hygiene, Temperature Control). The pack includes learner revision exercises and planning information. This is available as a WORD document and a pdf.
• A  PowerPoint presentation of slides
