This tutor pack is a resource for those delivering training for the RSPH qualifications:

• RSPH Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Hygiene
• RSPH Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Food Manufacturing

These qualifications are appropriate for those working directly with food, providing knowledge on the principles of food hygiene, food safety hazards, good hygiene practice, and controls based upon an awareness of food safety management systems.

The tutor pack is designed to be used flexibly, with tutors able to annotate or edit the materials to suit their learner groups and training style.

The tutor pack contains

• Tutor material comprising of tutor notes, a flexible lesson plan, learner revision exercises and planning information. This is available as a WORD document and a pdf.
• A  PowerPoint presentation of slides
